1. What we do

Myvisas is an independent visa-assistance platform. We help you prepare, validate, and file visa applications with the relevant embassy, consulate, or visa authority. We are not a government agency, and we are not affiliated with any embassy, consulate, or immigration authority. We do not guarantee that any visa application will be approved — approval decisions are made solely by the relevant government authority.

2. Your responsibilities

By using our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in your application and supporting documents
• Not submit forged, altered, or fraudulent documents
• Keep your account credentials confidential
• Use the service only for lawful purposes

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit. Providing false information to a visa authority may result in application refusal, entry bans, or legal consequences under the relevant country's laws — these are your responsibility, not ours.

3. Fees and payment

Each application involves two separate charges: a government fee set by the relevant embassy or authority (passed through at cost, non-refundable once paid to the government), and a service fee charged by Myvisas for preparation, validation, and filing support. Current fees for each destination are shown before you submit payment. See our Refund Policy for details on when the service fee may be refunded.

4. AI-assisted features

Our eligibility checker, document validator, and AI assistant provide guidance based on the information you supply and publicly available embassy requirements. These tools are aids, not guarantees — they do not replace the judgment of the relevant visa authority and may not catch every issue. You should independently verify critical requirements for your specific situation.

5. Prohibited use

You may not use Myvisas to:

• Submit fraudulent applications or documents
• Impersonate another person
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the platform's security or operation
• Use automated tools to scrape or access the service outside normal use

6. Intellectual property

All content, design, and software on this platform belong to Myvisas or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute our platform or its content without permission.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is." We do not warrant that visa applications will be approved, that processing times shown are exact, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Myvisas is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including visa refusals, missed travel dates, or losses arising from decisions made by embassies or visa authorities. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the service fee you paid for the relevant application.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including fraudulent use of the platform. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India, unless otherwise required by applicable local law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
