4. Original Detail Covering letter with company intro, applicant designation & exact business day to day agenda with seal & sign on 01 page only need to mention a clause “Not providing any technical assistance & Not providing any training or receiving any training”.

5. Original Invitation letter from Brazil in English & Portuguese Language with CNPJ number & exact business day to day agenda with Notary from Brazil country on both Invitation letter.

6. Personal Original bank statement for last 03 months with minimum balance of Rs. 01 lakh with org bank seal & sign on each page, bank pass book copy will not do.

7. Personal I.T papers copy for last 03 years with Notary & Home Dept from Mumbai, we can do the same.

8. Confirm return issued ticket with e-ticket number.

9. Visa request Covering letter from applicant also on plain paper as per company covering letter & need to mention a clause “Not providing any technical assistance & Not providing any training or receiving any training”.

Tourist Visa:

5. Original Covering letter from pax on plain paper with applicant designation & exact visit places in Brazil.

6. Original Leave letter on company letter head if working with company intro, applicant designation & exact dates of leave with seal & sign.

7. Personal Org bank statement for last 03 months with minimum balance of Rs. 01 lakh with org bank seal & sign on each page, bank pass book copy will not do.

8. Personal IT papers copy for last 03 years with Notary & Home Dept from Mumbai, we can do the same.

9. Confirm return issued ticket with e-ticket number.
