  4. Covering letter from Indian company on company letter head if pax doing own business If working then covering letter on plain letter & Leave letter from Indian company letterhead,

  5. Confirmed Hotel confirmation as per the Air Tickets,

  6. Personal IT paper for last 3 years,

  7. Personal bank statement for last 6 months,

  8. If working then Salary Slips for last 3 months,

  9. Overseas medical insurance as per the Air Tickets

  10. Return Air ticket.

  11. If child under 18 is travelling to Belgium other parent then required NOC letter from mother and father 100rs stamp paper with notary and govt id proof both pax.

  12. Covishield Certificate both dose with mention passport number
